Greenpeace Plant a Memory
Greenpeace Limited (company no: 01314381) of Greenpeace House, Canonbury Villas, London, N1 2PN (hereafter "Greenpeace") Plant a Memory Terms and Conditions.
By giving a donation to Greenpeace in connection with our Plant a Memory campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Donations and Gift of Plant a Memory pack
1.1 Donations are made as a gesture in memory of a loved one;
1.2 Donors who make a donation of £25 or more will receive a Plant a Memory pack containing a sachet of wild seeds to plant. Donors who wish to make a donation of less than £25 will not receive a Plant a Memory pack but are still welcome to make a donation to Greenpeace at
www.greenpeace.org.uk/support-us/donating-in-memory.
1.3 Seed mix availability is limited and will be distributed on a first come first served basis. 1.4 The Plant a Memory Pack is provided as a thank you for your donation and cannot be purchased separately.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 The Plant a Memory pack will be sent via second class post to the address you provide when making your donation. You are responsible for providing Greenpeace with a complete and accurate address for receipt of the Plant a Memory pack. Greenpeace does not have any liability for incomplete or incorrect addresses that are provided.
2.2 Greenpeace accepts no responsibility for any Plant a Memory packs and their contents which are lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Any requests for a replacement pack shall be subject to availability and wholly at Greenpeace's discretion.
2.3 The Plant a Memory pack and its contents are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Greenpeace reserves the right to change and/or substitute the contents of the Plant a Memory pack from time to time and at its sole discretion.
3. Restrictions
3.1 Only donors that are resident in the UK and who provide a valid UK postal address will receive a Plant a Memory Pack. If a donor provides an address outside of the UK, Greenpeace will accept the donation but no Plant a Memory pack will be provided.
4. Privacy
4.1 Greenpeace will collect and process donors' personal information in order to process donations and arrange for the delivery of the Plant a Memory packs. Such data will be shared with Greenpeace's agents and suppliers the extent necessary for the Plant a Memory packs to be provided to eligible donors. Donor names and other personal details provided in connection
with the donations will be collected and stored by Greenpeace and held in accordance with the applicable privacy policy in place from time to time at www.greenpeace.org.uk/privacy-policy.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content, including branding, images, and text associated with the Plant a Memory campaign, remains the property of Greenpeace.
6. Liability
6.1 Please follow the planting instructions provided as part of the Plant a Memory pack. Always keep seeds away from children and ensure that planting is done under adult supervision. Greenpeace is not responsible for any allergic reactions or other issues arising from the planting or handling of the seeds in the Plant a Memory pack.
6.2 Donors participate at their own risk when planting or handling the seeds in the Plant a Memory pack.
6.3 Greenpeace shall not have any liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the planting or handling of seeds in the Plant a Memory pack. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit Greenpeace's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 Donations cannot be refunded. If there is an issue with your Plant a Memory pack please contact supporter services on inmemory@greenpeace.org.
8. Variations and Jurisdiction
8.1 Greenpeace reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. Such changes shall be made available at www.plantamemory.org.uk.
8.2 These terms and conditions, and any disputes between you and Greenpeace in relation to Plant a Memory, shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
